Couldn’t recommend Nikki more highly – a great mortgage broker – efficient and so lovely to deal with.

We had tried several brokers before coming across Nikki. I’m glad we persisted and found someone suited to our needs. Her communication was exceptional, promptly responding to emails throughout the process, keeping us updated regularly, clearly explaining the process and what needed to be done. She spared no time calling us and going through things in more detail if needed. Nikki was fully supportive of our plans whilst educating us and providing suggestions and ideas where needed. We found other brokers to be patronising, uninformative and inflexible in problem solving an issues. Nikki was the complete opposite, couldn’t be happier with her service.

Nikki is a superstar! So helpful and patient. We’re kind of hopeless when it comes to finance and she really guided us through the whole process of financing and then refinancing. We would not have been able to do it all without her. If you want a broker who is real and actually cares then Nikki is the one!

Nikki was wonderful throughout my dealings with Cherry Lending and Finance. No matter what questions I had ..even those I thought trivial or silly, she was always thoroughly professional and responsive. Nikki was very approachable from the get go, always friendly and her knowledge of the systems she deals with was exceptional. I would thoroughly recommend this business.

What can I say about Nikki. She was an absolute star from the start. We were a bit hesitant when it came to brokers because we had been burnt in the recent past. Nikki was amazingly supportive, highly explanatory, motivated to get us the right house for the right price and just a complete legend throughout out mortgage journey. Very professional, approachable, explained everything in everyday terms as we were first home buyers, could contact her pretty much anytime in the day and on settlement day I think she was more excited than we were! I cannot rate her high enough! 5 stars don’t do you justice Nikki!

Although Marina and I have bought houses in South Africa and New Zealand this is our first home in Australia… Nikki is one of the most efficient and nicest people we have dealt with. Her tenacity in following up outstanding items was greatly appreciated and as well as advice she gave us along the way.

Despite knowing from the beginning that I wasn’t necessarily ready to commit fully to a home loan Nikki went above and beyond to help me offer advice as to suitable options and always found the time to make herself available to me. As a first home buyer I was fairly anxious about making the right choice. We always thought that because we both owned our own business that it wouldn’t be possible to get back into the market.  After a conversation with Nikki, we started to believe that this might actually be a possibility!  When the factory came up for sale, we had to have it!  Nikki has made this dream come true for us!  With commercial lending and both having our own business this was not an easy case.  BUT Nikki was nothing short of amazing.  We were on deadlines, but she ALWAYS had this covered.  I felt like she was holding our hands the entire way through, and she continues to do so even after the settlement.

She took the time to explain everything to us with patience & clarity. We felt so date in her hands buying our first home, and she was especially helpful because our circumstances were a little complicated but she made navigating our options really easy.

She’s a qreat communicator, efficient, orqanised and fast to respond. So we never felt left in the dark. Purchasing a home (especially your first) is a maze of negotiations, paperwork, forms, applications, payments, siqnatures, witnessing & documents, but she was the shininq liqht amidst the whole mess!

What an amazing and positive experience it was to have Nikki and cherry lending secure my finance for my new house. Nikki was knowledgeable, experienced more importantly for me she was patient and genuinely interested in my goals. Nikki went over and above explaining what paperwork was needed and helping me with the numerous queries I had.

Nikki was absolutely amazing at helping James and I buy our first home. She made the whole process so simple and we could not of done it without her. She was more than happy to meet with us on multiple occasions, answer any and all of our questions over the phone or email and we felt she gave us the most honest advice. She was also happy to look into particular lenders we requested.
